Scope of project: master bedroom & bath, multiple bedrooms, family room, multiple bathrooms and mud/laundry room, stairs and front entry. Aside from the kitchen, dining and living room area that Eric renovated in 2022, the house was down to the studs :).
This was our third (and largest) renovation project with Eric and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have a home from 1970 with many questionable 70s building corks coupled with it being a college rental for decades prior to our purchase, and it needed love on the inside and out!
We enjoy working with Eric for his honesty and commitment to working on one project at a time, unlike other larger companies. We had a couple major change orders that arose once the walls were torn back and we felt Eric was transparent and fair in navigating a path forward.
Jack and Stevie were at our house daily and it was wonderful to get to know both of them vs. a rotation of random people in/out. This was incredibly important with three young kids running around (we stayed in an RV on our property throughout the remodel) and helped as we navigated design and construction on the fly.
They are all diligent and communicative. Our project took place during the holiday season and I anticipated many days off — nope, not with this crew.
