Meet Eric Perry
A Builder Who Learned the Trade from the Ground Up
Eric’s career in construction began long before he became a licensed general contractor. His early years were spent learning the details of the craft—work that still defines his approach today.
He earned a degree in Construction Technology from Ranken Technical College in 1998, building a strong technical foundation to complement years of field experience.
Early in his career, Eric worked in historical rehabilitation projects in St. Louis, Missouri, gaining an appreciation for structure, materials, and the responsibility that comes with restoring and preserving homes.
From 1997 to 2004, Eric specialized in custom trim carpentry and cabinetry at Governors Club, refining the skills that continue to set his work apart—precision, patience, and pride in the details.
In 2004, Eric became an Unlimited Residential General Contractor and has held North Carolina License #56006 since.
