Eric and his team built an amazing new sunroom, master suite, and patio addition for our home, as well as a front portico. The whole process, from working on the budget to the final finish work, went very smoothly and the end result speaks for itself (it’s simply gorgeous). Shannon is a master tile mason – sunroom floor with border is stunning, master shower a true showcase, and our Mexican bar sink is just perfect! The finish work (e.g., crown mold) is incredible and really makes the space. We give them 5+ stars for their attention to detail, care and pride in their craft, professionalism, and trustworthiness. All of Eric’s subcontractors are the best, as well. Our patio is a custom masterpiece – it turned out better than we could have even imagined. We highly, highly recommend Eric Perry!!
