Eric S Perry Design & Build did an outstanding job on my remodel. I had gone through mold remediation and needed a builder who could come into my home and see it’s potential. This is exactly what Eric and Violet did for me with their ideas and suggestions when we did a walk through of the project. My kitchen is now a sleek, beautiful and inviting space. Part of their service is Violet’s design assistance with the kitchen. I love my new, larger center island. She designed cabinets with a quartz countertop beneath a wall of windows in my dinette area. I can use the space for plants and extra seating. I now have a beverage center with a wine refrigerator and spaces for wine bottles and glasses. I did not want open space above my cabinets. Eric designed crown molding above the cabinets for another gorgeous element to the kitchen. He also reused some of my former kitchen cabinets, painted white by his paint subcontractor, to update an ugly mud room. It is now an attractive, efficient space. I no longer have to close the door when I have guests. Violet also worked her design magic on the downstairs powder room. The rest of the downstairs was updated with a tranquil grey paint on the walls, a dark, warm stain on my hardwood floors and updated lighting. I had always hated the hand rail and balusters going to the second floor. Eric designed and his team crafted a custom rail and newel with wrought iron balusters for the staircase and carried the look to the second floor with the open foyer. Eric and his team did a complete remodel of the guest bathroom. Violet and I started with sea foam green glass tiles and built the rest of bathroom around the green. It has a classy beach look with the wall color, cabinets and artwork of sea turtles and otters I had collected from trips. Violet is a wizard with color. I love the colors she suggested for a guest bedroom and my master bedroom and bath. The master bathroom was a partial remodel. Eric’s team did a great job on the new shower and flooring and Violet helped me select tile which would work with the existing cabinets and countertop. I had dreaded the process but Eric S Perry Design & Build made it as painless as possible. I highly recommend them for the service they provide, work quality and their staff and subcontractors.
