Eric, Colton, and the ESP team have done another amazing job! They built an absolute mega deck which has a screened-in porch and gigantic wrap-around for the main living area, and a lower-level patio for the walk-out basement. They also built a new front porch and did some interior work for our fireplace and kitchen. The new wrap-around deck gives so much room to entertain and the new screened-in porch is such an inviting space to hang out.
This replaced an undersized, aging deck from the 1970s and a rotting lower-level deck. Because of COVID, everyone knows the importance of being able to enjoy the outdoors and this project has given us an amazing outdoor space (multiple spaces!) to enjoy.
Throughout the project, the team dealt with bad weather, summer heat, uncooperative land, and on top of all that, COVID! ESP’s professionalism and workmanship are top notch, and it is always a pleasure to work with them. This is the second project with Eric. We had a completely gut and remodel of our ugly 1970s kitchen a few years ago. You can scroll down to my other review in 2017 for more kudos for Eric’s team.
