We highly recommend Eric S. Perry Design and Build for anyone considering a home renovation/repair project. They recently renovated both a full guest bathroom and a half bath powder room in our Durham home. The work was excellent, the communication clear, and the estimate reasonable and completely accurate. More than this, we discovered some unexpected problems during the project, and Eric explained the entire situation to us, revised the initial estimate, and gave us pressure-free time to deliberate and decide on a course of action. When we were ready to proceed, he and his team were back within the week and created two gorgeous bathrooms that we love. We are now thinking of renovating the kitchen, and Eric S Perry Design and Build will be the first (and only) place we call!
