Eric (ESP Design & Build) finished off a 1000 sq. ft. area in our walk out basement. This included 3.5 rooms, including a large bathroom. Several contractors had submitted proposals, and Eric was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and timely. He was also extremely cost competitive. Once contracted the job was started and completed expeditiously and professionally, with work of the highest quality. Eric and his team are meticulous in every aspect of the job. Eric also seems to be a master of working with and managing subcontractors. My wife and I are totally delighted by the new addition to our house. We receive the highest compliments from our visiting friends and neighbors. We always recognized that this previously unfinished area in our house had great potential (high ceilings, beautiful windows, large areas, etc.) and Eric made it absolutely “magnificent”. He clearly takes great pride in his work and was totally committed to our complete satisfaction.
