My husband & I interviewed several design and renovations companies and after several positive meetings we decided to work with Eric S. Perry Design & Build (ESP). Eric understood the style and vision we wanted and he worked with us to make that happen. Eric & team listened and then modified the original plans until we were happy with the final design. Eric, Jack and Stevie were all fabulous and easy to work with! We were so pleased with quality of work they delivered – with superb detail and craftmanship every step of the way. We all worked together through the process and phases of the renovation with ease and often lots of humor. It is notable that the subcontractors that they use were also terrific. Everyone was knowledgeable, informative and respectful. We are thrilled with the outcome of the kitchen and laundry rooms and, therefore, very pleased to highly recommend ESP to deliver any desired top quality renovation!
