It was an easy choice to hire Eric Perry as our builder to remodel our downstairs, creating a bedroom, bath, closet, and laundry space. His creative design was a perfect use of limited space, and we love the remodel. Eric remodeled a neighbor’s house, and we were impressed with his attention to the project. He was there every day and did a remarkable job. We had the same experience. His staff, Jack and Steve, were wonderful. They were responsive to each question, polite, caring, and cleaned up each day. They did beautiful work. Eric and his team made everything easy with their friendly nature and cooperative spirit. Eric uses the best subs for painting, tile work, electric, plumbing, hardwood, and HVAC. The work was excellent and done on time. We will miss them.
