We had previously used Eric and his team for an addition over the garage. When it came time to renovate our 1962 mid-century kitchen, we were fortunate that Eric had the availability this year. We are in the very final stages of wrapping up the kitchen (we’re waiting on the arrival of a few appliances). Violet was wonderful to work with on the overall design and selection of finishes. As always, Eric’s attention to detail and communication skills set him apart from most builders. When we encountered unexpected issues (such as problems with the old subfloor), Eric was great about giving us options and working with us to make sure that understood cost as well as the pro/cons. Colton and Zac did excellent work and were a pleasure. The subcontractors that Eric selected were professional and very skilled. Although we ended up completely gutting the existing kitchen, the final result is beautiful with a greatly improved layout. It was very important that the updated kitchen look appropriate for a mid-century modern house and Eric and his team exceeded our expectations.
