My 1990s Chapel Hill home has not been maintained properly when all our kids were in college almost at the same time and I travel overseas quite a bit. We found wood rot and leaks around the doors, windows, gutters, etc. After reading the reviews in this web page, I contacted Eric to discuss the project. We finalized the project while I was overseas. I asked our friend to let Eric and his team enter the house and do their work. We replaced the roof, all doors and windows, siding, carpet, and repaint the whole house. Eric and his team build the best expanded deck at the back of the house. Eric sent me pictures regularly to show how the project progressing. When my wife arrived from overseas only to find the house was still in a mess, Eric made sure that she was comfortable to use the bedroom, bath, kitchen, and put everything back in order. The team has amazing skills and trustworthy. We are now considering our next project to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms.
